1. Forming Technology
Firstly, the mould should be designed and manufactured. Quartz sand is the main raw material of glass, and other auxiliary materials are melted into liquid at high temperature. Then, the mould is injected into the mould to cool, cut and temper, and the glass bottle is formed.
2. Surface treatment
Glass bottle surface can be sprayed, UV plating and other treatment, so as to make the product more personalized. The spraying production line of glass bottles generally consists of spray chamber, suspension chain and oven. The glass bottle also has the front channel water treatment, the glass bottle particularly needs to pay attention to the sewage discharge problem. As for the quality of spraying glass bottle, it is related to water treatment, surface cleaning of workpiece, electrical conductivity of hook, gas volume, powder spraying and operator's level.
3. Graphic Printing
On the surface of glass bottles, hot stamping, high temperature/low temperature ink screen printing, labeling and other processes or methods can be used.

Glass bottles are often matched by plugs, large caps or rubber droppers, droppers, electrolytic aluminium caps, plastic pump heads, electrolytic aluminium pump heads, bottle cap cover and so on. Solid paste generally uses a wide mouthed bottle, suitable for electrified aluminum cover or plastic cover, bottle cap can be used for color injection and other effects; emulsion or water type paste is generally used with narrow mouthpiece, suitable for pump head, for example, matching cover with inner plug, water agent with small hole with inner plug, thicker emulsion with big hole plug.
Glass containers are the second largest category of cosmetic packaging materials.

Glass containers are divided into two ends in the cosmetics industry. One is the front-end forming process supplier, the other is the back-end surface treatment supplier. The front-end is focused on product forming, while the back-end is treated by surface spraying, electroplating, printing, bronzing and other processes. Some large glass bottle factories also have their own full process treatment.

1. Initial order description:

2. Manufacturing cycle
At the same time, the manufacturing cycle is long, generally about 30 to 60 days. The larger the order, the more stable the quality of glass. But glass bottles also have their disadvantages, such as heavy weight, high transportation and storage costs, impacting resistance and so on.
3. Glass mould fee:
Manual die is about 2500 yuan, automatic die is about 4000 yuan, one out of 4 or one out of 8 is about 16000 yuan - 32000 yuan, depending on the conditions of the manufacturer. The essential oil bottle is usually made of tea colored or colored and colored abrasive. It can avoid light. The cover is covered with a safety ring, and can be provided with an inner plug or a dropper. The perfume bottle is usually equipped with an exquisite spray pump head or plastic cover.
4. Printing instructions:
The bottle body is a transparent bottle. The color bottle "White Porcelain Bottle and Essential Oil Bottle" of the frosted bottle (not commonly used but with high order and few professional lines) needs to be sprayed with an additional 0.5 yuan to 1.1 yuan per bottle. Depending on the area and difficulty of color matching, silk printing is 0.1 yuan/color. Cylindrical bottles can be calculated as monochrome and special-shaped bottles are calculated as bichrome or polychromatic. There are usually two kinds of glass bottle screen printing, one is high temperature ink screen printing, which is characterized by not easy to decolor, dull color, purple color is difficult to produce effect, the other is low temperature ink screen printing, bright color, higher requirements for ink, otherwise easy to fall off, and in the bottle disinfection should pay attention to. Bronzing silver 0.4 yuan per piece. Silk printing and bronzing times should not exceed 2 times. There are too many sets of colors, high quality products and high cost.
